Requires working knowledge of all aspects of construction practices, including but not limited to, applying contract language, invoicing, American Institute of Architects Applications for Payment, sworn statements, waivers, certified payrolls, time and materials breakouts, materials and labor payment bonds, performance bonds, warranties, as-builts, punch lists, experience in project closeout procedures, etc. Serve as liaison with appropriate university personnel and contractors and designers providing specialized technical architectural, engineering and construction expertise in determining scope and budgets for planning, construction and renovation needs.
