Required Skills & Experience•2+ Years of Professional Experience •Strong proficiency in Java development, with experience building production-ready applications.•Experience with Pega or integrating Java applications with Pega-based workflows, services, or APIs.•Ability to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using industry best practices.•Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows (branching, pull requests, peer review).•Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and Agile development methodologies.•Ability to work effectively with cross functional partners and communicate technical concepts clearly. Bonus / Preferred Qualifications•Experience working with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).•Knowledge of Pega BPM concepts such as case management, rule sets, and workflow design.•Hands-on experience integrating Pega using REST or SOAP APIs.•Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.•Prior experience in enterprise-level application development environments.•Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
