The ideal candidate is hands-on, infrastructure-first, and comfortable bridging development and operations in a production cloud environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCloud & Platform Engineering<ul><li style="background:white">Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based cloud infrastructure supporting ContourCloud workloads</li><li style="background:white">Build and automate cloud deployments, platform services, and infrastructure workflows through scripting and code</li><li style="background:white">Support and enhance virtualization platforms, with a primary focus on Xen/XCP-ng; VMware, NSX and vSphere experience</li><li style="background:white">Build, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual server platforms</li></ul>Cinch Software Integration<ul><li style="background:white">Work daily with Cinch Software to:</li><li><ul><li style="background:white">Enable cloud orchestration and automation</li><li style="background:white">Ensure reliable cloud deployments and management workflows</li><li style="background:white">Improve integration between software-driven automation and infrastructure reali</li></ul></li></ul>DevOps & Automation<ul><li style="background:white">Collaborate closely with the Cinch Software development team to support:</li><li><ul><li style="background:white">Cloud orchestration</li><li style="background:white">Platform integration</li><li style="background:white">Deployment automation</li><li style="background:white">Infrastructure-as-Code–style workflows</li></ul></li><li style="background:white">Develop and maintain automation using scripting and programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, etc.)</li><li style="background:white">Improve deployment consistency, reliability, and repeatability across environments</li></ul>Networking & IP Management<ul><li style="background:white">Work directly with the Network Engineering team on:</li><li><ul><li style="background:white">IP address management (IPAM)</li><li style="background:white">Network provisioning and lifecycle</li><li style="background:white">Cloud and data center network integration</li></ul></li><li style="background:white">Leverage NetBox for IPAM, DCIM, and infrastructure modeling</li></ul>Monitoring, Observability & Operations<ul><li style="background:white">Implement and maintain monitoring and observability platforms including:</li><li><ul><li style="background:white">Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring</li><li style="background:white">Grafana for visualization and dashboards</li></ul></li><li style="background:white">Assist in capacity planning, performance tuning, and fault analysis</li><li style="background:white">Participate in platform reliability and operational readiness initiatives</li></ul>Storage & Systems<ul><li style="background:white">Design, build, and maintain server and storage platforms, including:</li><li><ul><li style="background:white">ZFS-based storage architectures</li><li style="background:white">TrueNAS (Core or SCALE) platforms</li></ul></li><li style="background:white">Support data integrity,
