The AVP provides program-level leadership over supervisors, field staff, work crews, and service delivery partners to ensure cleaning, clearing, maintenance, and public realm maintenance services are delivered effectively and efficiently across City-owned sites, Industrial Business Zones, maritime properties, vacant lots, and other assigned locations throughout the five boroughs. Oversee contracted program supervisors, field staff, work crews, and service delivery partners responsible for cleaning, clearing, and public realm maintenance services, including the College Point, Hunts Point, and Vacant/Development Lots Area Maintenance teams.
