This position may prepare and serve food items, assist with meal service, prepare dining tables and meal trays, wash tableware and kitchen equipment, perform sanitation and cleaning duties, and deliver soiled linen to the laundry department. The Nutrition Services Aide supports quality resident dining services, food safety, infection prevention, sanitation compliance, and patient satisfaction while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
