General Description: The Utility Worker is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and cooking items, brought to the station by servers, dietary aides, and cooks. Perform kitchen activities including ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
