Completes cleaning as assigned by daily/weekly schedules to include but not limited to cleaning the main kitchen and dish room; school’s kitchen and dish room, and catering kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, deck scrub and squeegee floors weekly, sanitizing all surfaces. Assists with food preparation in the main, school, and catering kitchens to include but not limited to plating food, preparation of food, chopping, pureeing, proper food temperatures, proper portion control, specialized diets according to specific diet orders etc.
