This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a fast-paced, high patient turnover environment within a 44-bed intermediate cardiac step-down unit, supporting patients post operatively, with a focus on cardiac conditions and other medical/surgical cases. Unit information: 44-bed cardiac step-down, fast-paced environment with diverse patient conditions including post-operative coronary artery bypass grafting, valve surgery, thoracotomies, vascular procedures, arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, among others.
