Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field- 15 or more years of estate/multi-generational experience- Seven or more years of planning/strategy experience with high net worth clientsPreferred Skills/Experience- Strong technical skills in estate planning, multi-generational planning, and trust and fiduciary advisory- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills- JD or CPA license preferred. In addition, certain positions may also be subject to the requirements of FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, the NFA, the FCPA, the Bank Secrecy Act, the SAFE Act, and/or federal guidelines applicable to an agreement, such as those related to ethics, safety, or operational procedures.
