Establish and directly manage the back-office project controls team assigned to the operating groups, including earned value management, budget/cost estimating controls, equipment and labor planning, job set-up, cost and phase code control, forecasting, productivity analysis, scheduling, change management and claims analysis functions. Director is principally responsible for all project controls in the renewables market sector, including earned value management, schedule management, cost & change management, equipment and labor management, project forecasting, and the management and talent development for the project controls team behind those responsibilities.
