Reporting to the IDN Vice President, Strategic Customer Group, IDNs, the Strategic Customer Vice President represents the BD Enterprise portfolio and leads a multi-functional BD team consisting of Sales Leadership, GPO Leadership, Directors of National Accounts, Supply Chain/Distribution, Customer Care, Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, and Clinical Transformation to achieve the strategic business goals and objectives identified by the customer and BD to derive mutual value. Commercial and Financial Leadership – The Strategic Customer Vice President is accountable for developing and executing strategic account business plans and tracking progress against key metrics which include business growth, profitability, customer goal alignment, and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
