p>Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $171,700.00 - $225,400.00 (posting salary range) + 30% target short term incentive + $50,000 + 800 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). This position reports directly to the Vice President, Technical Services & Support and works closely with brewery leadership teams, engineering, quality, digital, and operations leaders across North America.
