Complete work orders and non-routine projects, including painting, drywall repairs, floor care, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, ceiling tile replacement, and window repairs. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment, including patient lifts, oxygen concentrators, suction machines, laundry equipment, wheelchairs, generators, and other facility systems.
