Key areas of responsibility include supporting the planning, implementation, integration, and operationalization of the CCBHC model, including organizational readiness, regulatory compliance, operational alignment, workforce development, care coordination, and cross-sector collaboration. The CCBHC Project Director provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational direction for large-scale organizational initiatives, and system transformation efforts to achieve and maintain CCBHC status and implement Rural Health Transformation initiatives.
