Associate Director will prepare and create communications as needed including letters to legislators, public comment letters, assistance with written testimonies and client vignettes, internal company wide communications including newsletters, and get out the vote campaigns, fact sheets, FAQs, voter guides, and voter education materials. The Associate Director will be responsible for the implementation of ICEM across all clinic sites, ensuring constant and consistent communication with medical and clinic leadership, developing a civic engagement curriculum for internal employee engagement, including providers, family medicine residents, nurses, and new hire orientations.
