Liaise with the SAP Support Team to support production issues, including: FX revaluation reversals and reruns, accrual object issues related to prepaid processes, and Asset Management Module issues related to fixed assets and depreciation runs. The role is designed to bridge the gap between IT, Finance, and business users by providing application support, managing user inquiries, supporting static data maintenance, facilitating issue resolution, and helping ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting outputs.
