Examples of specialized experience includes: (1)Working knowledge of a wide range of manpower concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; knowledge of a wide range of personnel (civilian and military) concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices (2) Working with a wide range of services concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; and practical knowledge of education, and training concepts, principles, operations, and practices; (3) Extensive working knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structure, management, and operation of large organizations to provide high-level staff guidance and participate in the development of goals, objectives, and policies. As Executive Director of the Wing Staff & Agencies serves as the primary advisor to the Installation/Wing Commander, assuring Commanders intent, Wing Strategy implementation, Wing readiness and mission accomplishment.
