The Market Director partners closely with facility leadership and directly supports and develops facility Support Services leaders, establishes market operating routines and performance expectations, identifies and removes barriers to execution, and drives measurable improvement in care experience, quality and regulatory readiness, workforce performance, operational reliability, and financial outcomes. The Market Director, Support Services provides multi-facility operational leadership for Support Services across an assigned market, including Environmental Services (EVS), Food and Nutrition Services (FANS), and Facility Management.
