Programs include, but are not limited to: infection control, advanced directives, laboratory testing and follow-up, physician orders and pharmacy follow-up, HIPPA, OSHA, wound care, incident and accident, lift use and safety, weight, therapy and restorative, hydration and nutrition, ADL documentation, MDS/ Care plans, and high risk. The QA/ Staff Development Nurse will participate in Daily QA (morning) Meetings, Monthly/ Quarterly QA, Safety Committee Meetings, Resident Council Meetings when requested, Care Plan Meetings, in-service trainings, continuing education programs, and all other meetings called by Legacy or licensing entities.
