Provides program management leadership for the Banner-to-Workday migration and related ERP workstreams across Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Student, data, integrations, reporting, security, testing, change management, and deployment. The role maintains the program's governance, plans, documentation, reporting, and controls from design and configuration through testing, deployment, stabilization, and closeout, while supporting Spelman's objective of adopting modem, effective business practices rather than recreating legacy Banner processes.
