The Director of Development will serve as a key member of the Individual Giving team and will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift commitments that support hospitals, service lines, institutes, capital priorities, educational initiatives, research, and community health programs throughout St. This frontline fundraising professional will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, develop and execute fundraising strategies, and partner with physicians, administrators, trustees, volunteers, and community leaders to secure transformational philanthropic investments.
