Oversee the planning, implementation, and accountability of college and career exploration initiatives supported by Association funding and grants (e.g., Student Board, Student Engagement, College Camp, ASB: Moloka’i, ASB: Philippines, FROSH Camp, scholarship opportunities, Internship & Practicum Mentorship, Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement). The Director maintains advanced relationship fluency across the full college-to-career pipeline, intentionally engaging participants prior to college, supporting them through college and career preparation, guiding alumni into early careers, and building strong partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations.
