Minimum Qualifications • Must be able to speak with customers by phone to determine the problem and the solution • This is a very detail-oriented, customer-focused position • We have a very fast-paced day, so be ready to juggle heavy phone volume, emails, as well as directing employees throughout the day • This position can wear many different hats during the day and being able to switch from one to the other quickly and with a positive attitude • Must be articulate, be able to keep you cool and give good clear direction to the team • Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients • Previous office experience and/or service-related position is important • Computer skills to operate a variety of software is necessary • Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Essential Job Responsibilities • Schedule, route, and dispatch service technicians • The service coordinator will create and compile the schedule for 15 to 30 service technicians daily in several different locations • Acts as liaison between clients and company, ensure contracted services are scheduled and completed • Answers client and customer questions and notify clients of scheduled services • Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints • Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or account manager • Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
