Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians for printer and copier repairs, maintenance, and installations Prioritize service requests based on urgency, technician availability, and customer requirement Collaborate with customers to gather information, ensuring we understand their needs inside out Keep accurate records of service requests, equipment details, and work performed Monitor technician progress, keeping customers informed about arrival times and any changes Help optimize technician routes, minimizing travel time Work closely with the Service Manager to address and resolve service requests Communicate effectively with technicians, giving clear instructions and setting customer expectations Handle basic customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when needed Learn and improve dispatching processes to boost efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for logistics or customer service training) Strong organization, attention to detail, and juggling multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn dispatch systems Committed to providing excellent customer service.
