Duties: - Plan and schedule the transportation of fuel products to meet customer demands- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery- Monitor fuel inventory levels and forecast future needs- Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, including quantities, locations, and delivery times- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) for data entry, tracking, and reporting- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Skills: - Strong knowledge of transportation planning and logistics processes- Familiarity with freight operations and supply chain management- Proficient in data entry and record keeping- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures- Knowledge of SyteLine or other inventory management systems is a plus- Excellent communication skills for effective dispatching and customer service- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
