Job Summary Responsible for receiving requests for ground medical transport, initiating the mobilization of the appropriate teams, communicating with referring hospitals/services, map reading, math skills, and documentation. Remain flexible for staffing patterns, maintain a sense of pride and ownership for the program, perform data entry at the time of call, and work with people in phone conversations involving pediatric to geriatric ages of patients.
