Provides day-to-day supervision and authorization of the safe and efficient movement of all trains within the assigned territory consistent with operating rules, policies, and procedures of Herzog Transit Services, Inc., and the commuter agency, Capital Metro Transit Authority. Performs a variety of administrative duties relative to hours-of-service requirements, hazardous materials, documentation of train movements and delays incurred, updating Digital Message Signs, and reporting rule violations.
