Works with the RFM to retrieve Annual Master Agreement Contracts that need to be executed with all vendors to establish minimum requirements to be maintained by the vendor such as general liability, workman's comp, auto, establish terms, arbitration, and litigation. Responsible for prioritizing and closing work orders, conducting site inspections, overseeing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and supporting facility operations through effective communication, quality control, and service coordination.
