Overview:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system.</li><li>Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required.</li><li>Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.</li><li>Reviews repair orders turned in by Service Technicians to ensure accuracy of work completed.</li><li>Ensures that technicians follow warranty procedures.</li><li>Work with team members to increase productivity and open line of communication with Service Advisors with updates.</li><li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li><li>Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.</li><li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
