However, the Float Team Supervisor/Health Coordinator will be responsible for covering any TS/HC vacancies and maintaining and/or improving the day to day operations of the home until a new Team Supervisor and/or Team Supervisor/Health Coordinator is hired and trained to ensure a smooth transition. Work with and train new team members (Team Supervisor/Health Coordinators included) on the basic functions of the home, which includes but is not limited to individuals goals, specific needs for the individuals served, guardians goals for their individuals, expectations for the home.
