3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformation Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered), Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field Experience with distribution, logistics and/or warehouse operations Familiarity with supply chain transformation programs and process improvement initiatives Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation management systems (TMS), and other cross-functional enterprise systems Strong problem-solving, communication, project & stakeholder management, and team leadership skills Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English Client-first mentality Intense work ethic Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach.
