Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, </li><li>Assign daily tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, and deliveries. Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and issue resolution. Ensure associates follow safety procedures and operational standards and reconciliation of discrepancies. </li><li>Work closely with Food & Beverage & Retail teams to coordinate delivery schedules to ensure departments receive products in a timely manner. Communicate supply shortages, delivery delays, or vendor issues to appropriate management.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies, corporate purchasing procedures, and applicable local and state regulations. </li><li>Enforce safe equipment operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum three years of supervisory experience </li><li>Experience with park warehouse operations desirable </li><li>Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs </li><li>Candidate should be highly organized with computer as well as manual paper functions</li><li>Must possess good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must possess strong planning and organizational skills to insure maximum efficiency of warehouse team </li><li>Candidate should be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude </li><li>Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and complete non-routine tasks as assigned </li><li>Must be computer literate & able to understand basic functions of park software systems </li><li>Must possess a valid OH driver's license</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will support the Plant Manager in overseeing supply chain services to include purchasing, production planning as well as logistics for raw and finished materials at the Lima Facility.
