The incumbent directs cold storage activities for the organization (personally or through subordinate Leads and Coordinators), and as a member of the leadership team, ensures compliance for area safety audits, quality, process improvement initiatives, employee training, and upgrading of personal and subordinate employees' skills. This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas.
