Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Personnel will receive incoming inventory deliveries, verify shipment paperwork, enter inventory into the system, pull and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders, create packing slips, labels, schedule carriers, follow up on the order status with internal and external customers via phone and email, manage inventory counts, identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, coordinate freight pick-ups and deliveries for time-sensitive orders, including cost analysis and handling claims, utilize Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) for various tasks, perform light instrument technician duties, servicing instruments and safety equipment. Working Conditions: Warehouse - Shop Environment, climate controlled Training/Certifications: Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred; forklift experience preferred but not required Shift Time/Overtime: Ability to work Mon-Fri for an 8 hour shift between 8 am - 5 pm.
