Denotes Essential Job FunctionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar;• Must have a satisfactory driving record;• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers, including written communication skills using appropriate business English;• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team;• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;• Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email;• Basic troubleshooting ability;• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills;• Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.
