Responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of a portfolio of communities, including staffing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue growth, capital improvements, reporting, safety, and compliance. Four to six years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, business development, or operational management required, preferably in real estate.
