Our Café Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Café General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of operations within their café including, but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, team leadership, inventory management, profit and loss, hospitality, and food safety. Maintains a clean and safe work environment for team members and guests, ensures all equipment is functioning and in working order, actively uses their resources to find solutions, supports GM with adherence to R&M budget.
