As a behavioral health organization dedicated to older adult care, we use evidence-based practices to help clients live emotionally healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives.</p><h3>About This Opportunity:</h3><p>We’re growing our in-person care team and seeking a fully <strong>Licensed Clinical Social Worker </strong>or<strong> Licensed Therapist</strong> to represent Total Life in the community.</p><p>This unique role blends <strong>clinical practice and community engagement</strong> — you’ll provide direct support to older adults through wellness assessments and initial therapy sessions at our partner residential locations, helping connect them to ongoing care.</p><p>You’ll serve as the <strong>compassionate, clinical face of Total Life</strong> in the field — bridging the gap between older adults and the emotional support they deserve.</p><h3>Primary Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Complete initial clinical sessions and develop recommendations for ongoing therapy or support.</li><li>Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.</li><li>Represent Total Life in the community and residential partner sites as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners.</li><li>Collaborate with our virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving our community-based programs.<br/></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p/><h3>Our Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active <strong>LCSW, LMFT, LPC,</strong> or <strong>LMHC </strong>license in <strong>California</strong></li><li>Must be <strong>fully licensed</strong> and be able to <strong>perform without supervision</strong></li><li>Strong background in evidence-based modalities</li><li>Comfortable meeting clients in community or residential settings</li><li><strong>Professional liability insurance</strong> ($1M/$3M coverage) or willingness to obtain</li><li><strong>Active NPI </strong>number</li><li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check</li><li>Reliable transportation for local travel</li></ul><p/><p><em>Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
