While the primary focus remains on M365 Copilot and Power Platform, the expectation is to demonstrate strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Integration, Prompt engineering, Ethical AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Model fine-tuning, AI Observability & monitoring, Large Language models (LLM), Conversational AI and Responsible & Enterprise AI. The M365 Copilot Senior Solutions Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and AI driven solutions across the enterprise.
