Responsible for overall interior and exterior of facility, including maintaining HVAC, temperature control, dust collection system, basic plumbing and electrical, and air compressors. This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the job duties require the hands to type, the ability to communicate, and at times requires the ability to move about.
