Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) Years Teaching Experience Demonstrated success in designing and implementing individualized instruction aligned with the MA Curriculum Frameworks and student IEP goals Experience differentiating curriculum and instructional strategies to meet a wide range of learning, behavioral, and communication needs Knowledge of inclusive practices, specialized interventions, and evidence-based strategies to support students with disabilities Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and the use of assessment to drive instructional decision-making Strong skills in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and positive behavior supports Proficiency with assistive technology, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, and digital learning tools Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with students, families, general education teachers, and related service providers Commitment to fostering independence, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for students with disabilities Dedication to continuous professional growth and reflective practice in the field of special education.
