You’ve successfully navigated the complexities of managing 500k+ sq. ft. of space and teams of 30+ associates.</li><li><strong>Transportation Mastery:</strong> 10+ years of experience managing drivers and fleet equipment, with a rock-solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.</li><li><strong>Operational Precision:</strong> A proven track record in inventory control and process optimization. You don't just follow workflows; you refine them.</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy Leadership:</strong> High proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and the Google/Microsoft Office suites to drive data-informed decisions.</li><li><strong>Relational Intelligence:</strong> Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Marketing and Sales meetings: identify market trends to anticipate and suggest appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure prorates are communicated to Sales Data Planning (SDP) on supply trend (stock quality, etc.) and exception forecast.
• Collaborate with (SDP), understand sales trends and dynamics, impact to supply planning.
• Collaborate with Regional S&OP Manager to optimize factory capacity and meet customer demand.
• Communicate with urgency, concise analysis of gaps between supply and demand to all stakeholders including Regional S&OP Manager, Marketing, SDP and Sales.</p><p>• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify gaps in process that are driving repeat offenses in supply level metrics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in demand planning mathematics and software and tools.
• Ability to create SQL/Excel files for complementary analyses.
