Basic Qualifications - Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies - 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 3+ years' experience sourcing (high-sourcing / low-volume) - Healthcare recruiting experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - Proven delivery in competitive and complex roles and markets using strategic sourcing ideas.
