This position is responsible for engaging in sourcing efforts to identify potential Doctor of Optometry candidates to include job postings, external communication (e.g., email, social media), and supporting and planning recruiting events. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
