Maintains accurate and complete records by: Analyzing quality control data, evaluating the results, and taking appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision, documenting results or actions in writing or by computer, and documenting customer complaints, testing, or reporting errors and presenting each to leadership for corrective action. Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, or director.
