Previous teaching experience is helpful, but we're also interested in nurses who have served as preceptors, mentors, charge nurses, clinical leaders, or the person others naturally turn to when they need guidance. As a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructor, you'll work directly with nursing students, helping them build the confidence, clinical judgment, and skills they need to become compassionate, capable nurses.
