JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for complex and high-risk agreements, including strategy development, RFx support, supplier evaluation, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, renewal, amendment, close out and retention, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and risk tolerance. Ensure integrity and accuracy of contract data and records, overseeing contract repository discipline, renewal/expiration tracking, compliance monitoring, and leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, CLM tools, and document management platforms to support reporting and data-driven insights.
