This is a highly impactful role for a self-directed leader who combines technical manufacturing expertise with a builder’s mindset.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>The Manufacturing Process Control Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining manufacturing processes that support the scaling of
<strong>pressure transducers</strong>
and future
<strong>new product launches</strong>. This role oversees manufacturing inventory control, creates and enforces SOPs, and plays a key role in rapid prototyping.</p><p>This position is essential to enabling the company’s manufacturing operation to grow beyond its current
team.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, document, and maintain
<strong>manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</strong></li><li>Drive
<strong>process improvements</strong>
to scale production efficiently and consistently</li><li>Manage manufacturing
<strong>inventory control</strong>, including receiving, counting, tracking, and reconciliation of raw materials and components</li><li>Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and refinement of prototype and production products</li><li>Create
<strong>repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes</strong>
to support production growth and new product introductions</li><li>Support cross-functional collaboration with engineering and leadership to move concepts from prototype to production</li></ul><h3>Key Outcomes & Success Measures</h3><ul><li>Documented, repeatable manufacturing processes that allow production to scale</li><li>Smooth and controlled inventory flow supporting uninterrupted manufacturing</li><li>Successful expansion of operations beyond the current manufacturing team</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Background in
<strong>manufacturing processes and/or engineering</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with
<strong>inventory management and supply chain control</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with
<strong>product assembly, prototyping, or manufacturing operations</strong></p></li><li><p>Proven experience writing, implementing, and enforcing
