Reporting to the Program Manager, the Combat Systems Project Engineer (CSPE) plans and coordinates engineering, training, and ship qualification tests supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Ship Defense and Expeditionary Warfare Department, Combat Systems & Test and Evaluation Division, Amphibious Combat Systems Branch on the CVN/L-Class contract. Our team is directly responsible for supporting the planning, budgeting, and execution of New Construction (SCN) testing and modernization efforts on Amphibious ship Combat Systems for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Ship Defense and Expeditionary Warfare Department, Amphibious Combat Systems.
