3 Interprets, applies, and enforces code regulations to resolve any issues that may arise; consults, engages, and communicates with applicants, expeditors, applicants, contractors, developers, sub-contractor's developers, tradesmen, and owners of establishments on the development of project construction and compliance with related codes and permits; manages State Fair code compliance and coordinates all affiliated inspections. 2 Oversees and provides professional expertise for the issuance of Food Establishment Permits, Mobile Food Permits, Farmers Market Permits, and Temporary Event Food Permits; reviews, checks, and ensures that all information provided and entered is correct and accurate; inspects to confirm all food establishments have a valid, current, and paid permit.
